AI consulting for Dallas–Fort Worth businesses, taught on your own work.
Based in Denton, Texas, working across the Metroplex. We set the tools up properly, teach the people who’ll use them, and draw a clear line around what should never go near them.
Every price here is current today and subject to change. Once your project is quoted and signed, that number is locked — whatever this page says later.
A whole department, for a subscription instead of a salary.
Not one person — a bench of them. A copywriter. A data analyst. A project manager who reads the whole thread. A researcher, and a second opinion on the call you’d otherwise make alone at eleven at night.
The jobs a small business does badly because nobody has time to do them well — the follow-up that never goes out, the quote typed in a hurry, the spreadsheet nobody has read since March — are exactly what these tools are good at.
That is genuinely what they are now — provided somebody sets them up properly and knows how to ask. That proviso is the entire job, it’s where everyone comes unstuck, and it’s easier than it looks.
The owners we meet are mostly in one of two camps.
Two ways this usually goes wrong.
Afraid to start
You’ve read enough to feel behind, and every time you open one you close it again because you don’t know what to type. That’s a blank-page problem, not a skill problem.
Quietly decided it’s overrated
You did try. The answers came back generic and wrong about your business in ways a customer would notice, so you decided it’s hype. Almost always the request was the problem, not the tool.
Both are usually fixable in an afternoon.
Three ways to buy an afternoon of this.
Taught on your work rather than on slides — your emails, your quotes, your reports.
The AI Working Session
$400 flat
Two hours, your actual work, and you at the keyboard.
- Two hours over video, recorded, up to three people
- The right tool chosen and set up — Claude or ChatGPT
- The jobs you repeat every week turned into working prompts
- A written summary afterwards
- Two weeks of email follow-up
Where it actually sticks
Team Training
$1,500
Half a day with the people who do the work, then a second session a month later.
- Half a day, up to eight people
- Built on your own work, taught role by role
- A written playbook: what to use it for, and what never to
- A follow-up session a month later, included
Bundled With Your Project
$750 add-on
Added to a website, brand, or app project, so the training lands on what we just built you.
- A session after launch, on your new site or brand
- Your brand voice, services and pages loaded in first
- The written playbook and the follow-up window
More than the standalone session because that setup is real work — it keeps the output sounding like you.

Where it helps, where it hurts, and what stays out of the chat box.
Most AI training is a list of things to try. The useful half is the list of things not to.
Where it saves hours
First drafts of anything. Reading a long thing and telling you what’s in it. Turning notes into a document. Anything you already know how to check — that last part is the whole rule.
Where it quietly does damage
It states what it has no way of knowing with the confidence it states the truth — published unread, that’s your name on it. It flattens a voice, too.
What never goes in
Anything under a client agreement. Anything carrying somebody else’s personal data. Card numbers, passwords, medical and HR records. We set the privacy settings first, then write that line down.
Everything we teach assumes a person still reads it before it goes anywhere. And sometimes the honest answer is that you don’t need one — we’d rather say so than take $400 to confirm it.
We build with this. We don’t just talk about it.
Valley Creek Church runs hundreds of small groups, each filing a written summary every week — more than any staff member can honestly read.
So Radius, the platform we named, branded and built for them, reads a week of that data and tells the staff what actually changed. It doesn’t make decisions and isn’t pretending to be a pastor. It does the reading, so the pastoring goes where it is needed.
The other half: making sure AI describes you correctly.
More and more, the first answer somebody gets about you comes from an assistant, assembled from whatever your website made easy to read.
Answer engine optimisation is the work of fixing that: schema.org structured data stating what you offer as fact rather than inference, semantic markup, and copy written as real questions with direct answers — the shape an assistant quotes. How we did it for Heddi Strategies →
An AI consultant in Denton, working across the Metroplex.
We’re in Denton and work across Dallas–Fort Worth: Argyle, Highland Village, Lewisville and Flower Mound just down the road, then Roanoke, Trophy Club, Keller, Grapevine, Southlake, Coppell and Carrollton, and on into Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington and Irving.
Sessions run over video by default, but that’s only the default — in person or on the phone works just as well, whichever you’d rather. In-person team training around North Texas is straightforward too. Location was never the constraint here; we’re here, and we’re available.
Questions people actually ask.
What does AI consulting cost?
The AI Working Session is $400 flat: two hours over video for up to three people, recorded, with a written summary and two weeks of email follow-up. Team Training is $1,500 for half a day with up to eight. Bundled with a project, $750.
Do we need to buy anything?
A subscription to the tool. You pay Anthropic or OpenAI directly on your own account, from about $20 a month per person, and we will tell you which tier your work needs. Usually the cheap one.
Which AI tool should we use, Claude or ChatGPT?
Either will do most business jobs well. The gap between them matters far less than the gap between a good request and a lazy one, and nobody pays us to prefer either.
Is our data safe?
Some of it, with the right settings and a line you do not cross. On the paid business tiers your conversations are not used to train the models, and switching that on is the first thing we do. What never goes in: anything under a client agreement, somebody else’s personal data, card numbers, passwords, medical or HR records.
Can you train a whole team?
Yes. Team Training is $1,500 for half a day with up to eight people, taught role by role, because what sales needs from these tools is not what admin needs. It includes a written playbook and a follow-up session a month later.
We already tried AI and it was useless. Is there anything here for us?
Usually more than for the people who have not started. The pattern we see most is a business getting mediocre output, deciding the tool is overrated, and going back to doing it by hand. The request was the problem.
Tell us what you do all day.
Describe the jobs that eat your week and we’ll say which these tools handle well, which they’d ruin, and whether a session is worth your $400.
