We collect only what we need to reply to you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), and your message. When you request the 5-Point Website Checkup, we receive your email address. That’s it — we don’t run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
How we use it
We use your information for exactly one purpose: to respond to you. Contact form messages get a reply about your project. Checkup requests get the checkup. If we work together, we’ll use your contact details to run the project. We won’t add you to a mailing list without asking first, and we never sell, rent, or trade your information.
Where it lives
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and delivered to our email, which is provided by Google Workspace. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure. This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when the page loads.
Your choices
Want to know what we have, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Email info@newjourneydesigns.com and we’ll take care of it — usually within a few days, no forms or hoops.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Effective date: July 29, 2026.
